How do I book a spa appointment?

You can request an appointment through our online booking portal or by calling the spa at 989-775-5403. To book an appointment online, you will need to create an account through our appointment booking portal. Your spa account is separate from your ACCESS Club account.

Do I need to book a spa appointment in advance?

You aren’t required to book a spa appointment before your trip begins, but it is highly recommended to ensure your desired services are available.

Do I need to be a resort guest to book a spa appointment?

No, you are welcome to visit Soaring Eagle just for a spa experience.

What amenities does the spa provide?

All spa services include access to our steam room and pool facilities for 1 hour before or after your spa service. You must be 18 years of age or older to use these facilities. Beverages and light snacks are available in the spa waiting room.

Can I use ACCESS Club rewards at the spa and salon?

Yes, depending on your ACCESS Club rewards tier, you can enjoy discounts at the spa. Gold members receive 15% off services, and Platinum members receive 20% off services. Diamond and HERO members receive 25% off spa services.

Do you have couples spa treatments?
