Our Hiring Process: 8 Steps to Success

We want your application experience to be as painless as possible. Here is what you can expect when applying for casino job openings with us:

Fill out your application and attach your resume and certifications. Expect to wait 1 week from the closing date of the position before you hear anything!

Our recruiters review applications (Native Preference Policy applies). If the position requires specific certification or education, we’ll ask for documentation.

A 20-40 minute conversation to get to know you better. You may be asked to take a math or typing test.

Successful candidates will receive a phone offer followed by a drug screen. You’ll come in to fill our preliminary paperwork.

Some positions require a gaming license (background check). This includes fingerprinting, another brief interview, and a one-time fee.

Once your temporary gaming license is in, you’ll fill out your new hire paperwork.

Once your license is cleared, you’ll attend orientation and officially join the team!
