General Information
You must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to enter the gaming floor or participate in any wagering at Saganing Eagles Landing.
Guests under 18 are allowed to enter the building with an adult only if they’re in transit to or from our dining establishments. They’re not permitted to loiter or remain in gaming areas.
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays.
All indoor areas at Saganing Eagles Landing are smoke-free. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for our guests. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
With the exception of certified service dogs, we maintain a no-pets policy for both the hotel and casino.
Gaming & Promotions
Yes, quiet hours are between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
You may have a campfire as long as you use an above-ground fire pit. We have complimentary portable fire pit units available for you to use. Please follow any burning restrictions set by the tribal authority.
Pets are allowed as long as they remain on a leash at all times. All pet waste must be disposed of properly in a trash receptacle.
The RV park has a level gravel surface.
Unfortunately, we do not allow tents or parking on the grass.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. and check-in time is 12 p.m. Please complete check-in at the Hotel Front Desk.
We offer a complimentary shuttle between the casino and the RV Park, making it easy to get around. You can also use our designated path to walk to the casino. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day, so you never have to wait to play!

Yes, you must book motorcoach trips at least five days in advance of your trip. We cannot provide incentives for motorcoaches that arrive unannounced.
Yes, every passenger on the motorcoach will need to have an ACCESS Club card to receive the incentives. Passengers who do not have a membership already will need a photo ID so that they can sign up when they arrive at the casino.
Casino bus trips are allowed every day except Thursday. Please plan your trip any day between Friday and Wednesday.
Your bus tour needs to have at least 12 passengers in order to receive Premium Play or dining voucher incentives.
Saganing Eagle’s Landing doesn’t organize bus trips directly. Instead, you can arrange casino bus trips through third-party tour bus companies. A number of Michigan bus companies have regular trips to Saganing Eagles Landing.
The Landing Restaurant generally welcomes walk-ins, but for larger groups, we recommend calling ahead to check availability.

Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort does not charge a state tax and therefore does not accept State of Michigan tax-exempt forms. Soaring Eagle does charge a 6% Tribal Tax. To be approved for a SCIT tax exemption, please complete the SCIT Tax Exemption form with a copy of your tax exemption certificate or letter.
The documentation will be verified, and once the application is approved, you will receive notification from the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe.

Our Slot Palace is a smoke-free facility. We do have dedicated outdoor smoking areas available for our guests.
Yes! You can earn and redeem points for slots, Bingo, and dining using your ACCESS Loyalty Card. Be sure to insert your card into the machine, present it at the Bingo counter, or show your server when dining at our restaurants to earn rewards.

Yes, you can use dining credits at any of the Casino restaurants. Dining credits cannot be used towards alcohol or gratuity.
Soaring Eagle Casino has a wide variety of restaurants at 6800 Soaring Eagle Blvd, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858. You don’t have to travel to the city for fine dining or delicious food!
You can book a room with up to four adults for an additional $15 each, but Premium Play is limited to two adults per room.
Any seasonal deals and packages, when available, may be found through our online booking portal.
Dining credits are issued in the form of a coupon that you will need to take to the ACCESS Club so that the credits can be loaded onto your ACCESS Card. Dining credits can be used at any time during your stay and are not required to be used for breakfast. Dining credits can be redeemed to pay for food at any of our dining establishments. The credits are not valid for taxes, gratuity, or alcohol.
Premium Play coupons for the length of your stay are issued at check-in and must be loaded onto your ACCESS Card. You must wait 24 hours before redeeming each subsequent coupon. Premium Play vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Yes, you receive the dining credits and Premium Play for each night of your stay. Please note that one spa service per room, per booking is included in the Lucky Stay Getaway package.
Yes, to ensure spa availability, you should book your spa service in advance when selecting the Lucky Stay Getaway package. Please note that because the spa is closed on Sundays, this package is not available for Sunday bookings.

Yes, unlike many casino concerts, children ages 5 and older are permitted to attend shows at Soaring Eagle.
- Children between the ages of 5 and 15 can attend without a ticket as long as they are accompanied by an adult who has a ticket. The adult attendee must be present and cannot gamble during the concert.
- Children 16 and older are allowed to attend with or without a parent, but must have their own ticket.
- Children under 5 years of age are only allowed to attend family or children’s events. All children attending a family or children’s event must have a ticket.
Yes, outdoor shows are held even if it is raining. Because umbrellas are not allowed, please plan ahead by wearing a poncho or raincoat if rain is in the forecast.

All bags are searched prior to entry. Bags can measure no larger than 12 x 8 x 6” in size. If you have any prohibited items, you will be asked to return the item(s) to your vehicle or discard them.

All event attendees must pass a metal detector screening before entering the Entertainment Hall or the outdoor concert area. All bags and purses are searched prior to entry.

For your convenience, wheelchairs and scooters are offered by Soaring Eagle for use on our properties. Wheelchairs are complementary and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Visit our Access Club in the casino or Bell Desk in the hotel to check on wheelchair availability.
Soaring Eagle also offers electric mobility scooters for an additional fee. Electric mobility scooters can be rented daily at the rate of $50. The fee may be paid using cash, credit card, or comp points.They are available on a first come, first served basis.
A liability waiver must be completed and deposit provided at the time of rental. Electric mobility scooters can be picked up in the Casino Gift Shop, Miijim Store (Hotel), and Slot Palace Gift Shop. The scooter operator must be present at the time of pick up to complete the necessary paperwork.
Please note that starting October 1, 2023 scooters will be available on a first come, first served basis. After this date, they will be rented from the Miijim Store, main casino gift shop, or Slot Palace gift shop.
RV parking is available across Leaton Road in our Black Elk building parking lot. Shuttle services are available. There are no RV hook-ups available at this location. Our seasonal RV Park, The Hideaway, may be available during your visit. For more information please visit their website.
Our rates vary depending on availability and special events. Discounts are available for Access Loyalty members, Tribal members, AAA, and AARP. Please contact our Reservations Department directly at 877-232-4532 for the best possible rate for your stay.
With the exception of service dogs, Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort reserves a no pets policy.

Since Soaring Eagle is located on what is Federal Land, state recognized medical marijuana cards are not valid. Marijuana possession and/or use is strictly prohibited. If staying in our hotel, a fee may be assessed if a guest is found to have smoked marijuana or cigarettes in any room.
Valid government issued photo identification is required for any transaction. A Driver’s License, State I.D., or passport are the most common forms of I.D. accepted.

Guests 16 years of age and older are welcome to attend one of our many shows throughout the year. Guests ages 5 to 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Guests under 5 years of age are welcome for designated family shows.
The minimum gambling age is 18 years of age with a valid government issued identification. Guests 18 years of age or older are welcome to reserve a room in our hotel. Guests under the age of 18 are allowed to enter the casino with an adult as long as they are in route to or from one of our many eating establishments.
