At Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, we are your group destination. For motorcoach groups, the fun only begins on the Casino floor. We’ll help coordinate your trip including exclusive offers, dining discounts and overnight resort offerings.
DAY TRIP INCENTIVE PACKAGE
Each passenger receives:
- $20 Premium Play pre-loaded onto ACCESS Club card. Earn 600 points on slots and receive a $10 Premium Play bonus! (Additional bonus play will automatically be added to Access card upon earning required points)
- $10 Dining
- $10 in BINGO Bucks (BINGO plays Wednesdays-Sundays)
Bus Requirements
- Four (4) hour minimum stay/full size motorcoach
- Tours must be booked with our tour and travel department two weeks in advance
- Passenger manifest including: name, address and DOB or Players Club number should be sent in within 48 hours

OVERNIGHT INCENTIVE PACKAGE
Each passenger receives:
- $30 Premium Play
- Minimum $20 Dining Credit based on package rate. Good at any dining outlet.
Bus Requirements
- Ten (10) rooms minimum to receive group rates
- Deposit required ninety (90) days prior to arrival
- Deposit refundable up to forty-five (45) days prior to arrival
- Passenger manifest including: name, address and DOB or Players Club number
- Group rates and packages are subject to change, please call for availability
EXTENDED DEPARTURE CASINO INCENTIVE PACKAGE:
- To qualify, additional criteria are required by the resort. All group rooms MUST be checked out of the resort by 11:00 a.m. check-out time. Groups are required a four (4) hour minimum stay after all rooms are checked out. An extended departure day itinerary must be submitted a minimum of three (3) weeks prior to initial overnight arrival date to confirm the package. Once these criteria have been met, each passenger will receive an additional $20 in Premium Play, $10 Bingo Bucks (Wednesday through Sunday) and $5 Dining Voucher. Earn 600 points on slots during the four hour stay and receive a $10 bonus of Premium Play.
