George is also a father of two boys and recent graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned a B.A. in Social Justice. He is always focused on superior customer service and providing guests a Four Diamond gaming experience.

Allison has been a Soaring Eagle Casino Host for 4 years. She was promoted to her position after working in the Players Club as a Customer Service Representative. She is originally from Manitoulin Island, Ontario and has resided in Michigan since joining us here at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. Allison is a core member of the Casino Host team and she is always ready to handle any VIP request big or small.

Stephanie began working at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in 2004 as a Finance Cashier. She then transferred to Table Games and was a Dealer for 4 years before becoming a Casino Host in 2008. Stephanie will graduate from Central Michigan University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and minor in Legal Studies. Stephanie has an honest personality and great sense of humor, and is someone that guests seek out when they want warm and friendly VIP service.

Sarah began her casino career at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in 2004, working in different areas before finding her place as a Casino Host. Sarah is a life long resident of Isabella County. Sarah is always looking for ways to improve the guest’s experience through her knowledge of casino promotions and gaming experience along with her friendly smile. She is a Host that goes the extra mile to provide Four Diamond treatment to our players.

Scott has over 10 years of gaming experience and a Marketing degree from Central Michigan University. Nichelle began working at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort as a Finance Cashier in 1996. She then worked as a Box Office Attendant in the Entertainment Department, which aided in her transition to Casino Host in September of 2003. Nichelle has a great personality and smiling face. She makes customer service a priority in her job and provides her clients the Four Diamond treatment they deserve.
The Casino Host Desk is located near Siniikaung Steak & Chop House on the gaming floor.
