Our fantastic Aurora Buffet features a Soup, Salad & Dessert Bar, and Lunch and Dinner Buffets. Experience almost as many delectable menu items as there are stars in a Northern Michigan sky. The Aurora Buffet features 4 hot food stations along with updated Pastry and Salad stations. Each station highlights cuisine from around the world.

Try foods of Italy, Morocco and Greece from our Mediterranean station such as Artisan Pizzas from our stone fire oven, Tagine Chicken and Pasticcio (Greek style lasagna).

Our Latin station will feature cuisine inspired by Mexico, South America and the Caribbean. Examples include Seared Fish Tacos, Grilled Beef with Chimichurri, Jerk Chicken and Yam Skewers.

The Asian station will include dishes of Thailand, Japan, India and China. Delicious options will include Pad Thai, Udon Noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Mu Sue Pork from our wok range.

Our Aurora Buffet wouldn't be complete without your favorite American comfort foods. Our American station will include your favorites such as Mashed Potatoes, Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, as well as hand carved meats.
